Working with Addison Group, I created a set of videos for the FIA Road Safety campaign.
Over 3500 people die on the worlds roads every single day, so the aim of this project was to raise awareness of this fact, as well as introduce a set of rules that the FIA want to become the base standard for road usage worldwide. To communicate these rules they enlisted the help from a number of famous faces from the sporting, music, movie and political worlds – they would each have their own short video to share on social media and a long video to communicate the broader message.
Under the direction of Creative Director Martin Chiles, I worked with supplied video assets from FIA (including footage shot by Luc Besson) and graphics from the design team at Addison Group. The job from here was to create a motion graphics style that would be used throughout the videos and edit the footage together, creating a narrative and style that fully engaged with a very wide audience.
These videos are just one piece of the campaign that Addison Group put together, with an online presence and print collateral also created.
