All our communication will be over email, this is when I’ll learn about you and your event, making it easy to send me any pictures or inspiration you’ve found using the quote form that’s downloadable from the site. I’ll answer all your stationery questions and help you come to some decisions.
After learning more about you and what you need, I will then send you your quote. When you’re happy you can submit your wording (if you’re stuck I can help you), and your deposit. This is a non refundable 50% deposit.
After submitting your order, I will begin creating your stationery. Yippee!
I’m super excited to hear from you and know you’re just as excited to get going! Before we do, here are three questions to get us started.
Remember it’s the addresses you’re sending to, not the number of guests. Also consider a few extra for a second round of sending if some guests can’t make it in your initial mailing.
I know we both want your invites and wedding stationery to be awesome, but we also need to be realistic with what we can deliver.
We recommend mailing your invitations 16 weeks before your event. This allows for round two of your mailing lists, as some of your guests may not be able to attend, leaving you with time to invite more to fill your seats.
You’ve looked through The Collections and you’ve seen something you love.
But that’s not where it ends. Do you have a colour scheme for your wedding? We can adust the design to match this. You can also choose from a few different paper types, ranging from lovely silky smooth, to a classy textured card.
Keep in mind that we will place your information into the design, but if you require larger amounts of text, or you would like us to rewrite the key message I have to add an additional design fee so that I can make sure it all fits and still looks fantastic.
If you would like your wedding stationery completely unique and personal to you, I can create your own Custom Made invitations and stationery. The sky really is the limit.
Please be aware that although I can make your thoughts a reality, your budget should reflect this.
Within your quote there is an allowance for 2 rounds of amends and changes. This can include any changes made to supplied copy, this can sometimes require time to alter the design in order to fit the new wording.
The papers used for The Collection range are from England based papermills. These papers are of the highest quality and environmentally friendly, ensuring your stationery is exquisitely finished, making all the difference when it’s placed in your hand.
Working with printers in England, we have a range of printing techniques available to us, bringing your stationery to life. We can discuss which printing process best suits your look.
Digital proofs are included within the fee. However, please be aware that colours can often appear different on screen compared to the final print. Therefore we are happy to supply you with a printed proof for a small fee of £25 per item (plus delivery).
For those of you who love looking at and gathering inspiration, I know it’s exciting but once we’ve agreed on your style and direction, hold onto your thoughts and look forward to the delivery we’ve agreed to.
It’s the same thing as your wedding dress. Once you’ve found your dress you don’t go searching for another. Trust your initial gut and trust me to deliver your beautiful stationery.
