Short film, ’A Moment Ago’. A story about a man’s struggle with his mental health. After an event in his life, we see what he loses along the journey to recovery.

I wrote the poem, ’A Moment Ago’ a few years ago after my own life event. It started off as a very raw expression, but with time, the words were rewritten and introspected - this is where I learned the greatest of lessons. This film brings to life some of that emotion and process.
